Carnegie Companies is pleased to announce the sale of a 100% occupied Advanced Auto Parts anchored multi-tenant outparcel center in Grand Haven, MI. This sale represents our 2nd disposition in Grand Haven over the past few months and includes one of the three buildings that makes up Beacon Square Shopping Center. After acquiring Beacon Square Shopping Center via a portfolio acquisition in 2019, Carnegie has continued to execute on the business plan of extending leases, investing in property upgrades, and managing the property effectively. With the recent dispositions, Carnegie has now lowered its basis in the asset considerably, while simultaneously positioning the balance of the asset for more accretive returns.
