Carnegie Companies is pleased to announce the sale of a former Winn-Dixie property located in Arcadia, FL.  Shortly after Winn-Dixie vacated the property, Carnegie explored a variety of options from re-tenanting to redeveloping the property altogether.  Ultimately, Carnegie decided to sell the vacant box to the Catholic Diocese.  The sale also acted as a reverse down-leg for a 1031 exchange in conjunction with a recent acquisition.
