Carnegie Companies is pleased to be all in on the fitness train. Carnegie recently executed and opened two new Planet Fitness locations in Kettering, OH and Greenville, MI. Carnegie partnered with these operators to provide a high-end buildout offering an affordable gym membership for local residents. Carnegie also recently partnered with an existing Planet Fitness operator in Concord, NC to expand their square footage by adding an additional 4,000 sf of space in conjunction with a long-term lease extension. The Carnegie team is excited to be able to support and partner with proven fitness operators and support a focus on health throughout our portfolio.
