Carnegie Companies is pleased to announce the sale of a 0.86 acre outparcel at Inland Port Shopping Center in Bainbridge, GA. Carnegie acquired Inland Port, along with the adjacent land in 2017. The property is shadow-anchored by both Wal-Mart and Home Depot and the outparcel sits adjacent to a recently developed Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen and across from a newly developed Chic-fil-A. Carnegie sold the outparcel for the development of an urgent care. We look forward to welcoming the medical user in the months to come. Carnegie is also planning additional development at the center for Phase II of the shopping center.
