Tiffany Plaza is located right off of Highway 680 at Boardman Poland Rd, in Boardman’s main retail node. Carnegie was able to roll three separate sales into a 1031 exchange with the Tiffany Plaza up-leg. Carnegie was attracted to the property given the long-term stability of a proven grocery-anchor in conjunction with an attractive in-place yield and upside opportunity through further lease-up and additional development possibilities.
