Carnegie successfully completed a CMBS loan assumption with the acquisition of Beacon Square Shopping Center and Grand Haven Shopping Center. These multi-tenant retail centers include 92,000 sf at “main and main” in the popular lakefront “Coast Guard City”. Grand Haven is roughly 30 mi west of Grand Rapids and serves as the Ottawa County seat.
At 98.5% occupancy, these shopping centers include 4 buildings with national tenants such as Starbucks, Verizon, Tropical Smoothie Café, Advance Auto Parts, Dollar Tree, O’Reilly Auto Parts, Staples, and more.
