Carnegie Companies is pleased to announce the acquisition of Trask Plaza, a Buffalo Wild Wings and Dollar Tree anchored neighborhood shopping center, located in Mentor, OH.  Trask Plaza is located in the Diamond Centre development, across the street from Home Depot, Sam’s Club, and Atlas Cinemas.  Gander Outdoors recently re-opened under a new banner directly east of the property and Menard’s has plans to develop a new location adjacent to the property.  This acquisition provides a stable in-place income stream with quality tenants in Carnegie’s backyard.
