Carnegie Companies is pleased to announce the sale of a 1.5 acre outparcel to Meadowview Square, a Wal-Mart anchored retail shopping center in Kent, Ohio. Carnegie sold the outparcel for the development of a free-standing Verizon Wireless location. This sale and development will add additional traffic and momentum to the shopping center. Carnegie still owns and manages Meadowview Square, as well an additional outparcel available for future development.
