Carnegie Companies is pleased to announce the sale of a free-standing, single-tenant building leased 100% to Goodwill in Kent, OH. The subject property was developed in 2008 as a result of an expansion/development plan executed between Carnegie and Wal-Mart. After expanding Wal-Mart, Carnegie developed Meadowview Square Shopping Center and the Goodwill building on adjacent land. Carnegie still owns and manages Meadowview Square, as well as additional outparcels available for development.
