Sangamon Center North is a neighborhood shopping center anchored by Schnucks (https://nourish.schnucks.com/about/), a family-owned grocery company with over 100 stores in five states. Other notable tenants include CVS, Pet Supplies Plus, and USPS.

Carnegie acquired Sangamon Center North through an auction, after having completed significant due diligence on the property months earlier. Further, Carnegie has teamed up with Weinberg Capital Group on this acquisition and together, Carnegie-Weinberg will be offering investors the opportunity to participate in the above market in-place cash yield and opportunity for  capital appreciation.
