Carnegie Companies is proud to announce the sale of Fresenius Medical Care, a free-standing single tenant dialysis center in Salem, OH.  Carnegie developed the 8,700 sf building as a build-to-suit for Fresenius in 2008.  Fresenius chose to relocate and expand to this superior location, which is directly adjacent to the Salem Regional Hospital.  Carnegie acquired this land, along with the adjacent Giant Eagle anchored Eastgate Shopping Center in 2007.
